Your Child’s First Visit
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care. We understand your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to children’s needs, and it is our goal to make your child feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible. Our goal is to establish a dental home, so from the very first visit, we want to create excitement about your child’s visits and teach them about caring for their teeth.
During your child’s first visit, we will review their dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of the teeth and mouth. One of our hygienists will clean and polish the teeth, and check for cavities. Then Dr. Uzma will meet with you and your little one to discuss the X-rays, help create an individual treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.
Financial Info
The cost of treatment may vary, depending on your child’s individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss the cost of treatment and each of your available payment plan options with you before your little one begins treatment, so you can make the best choice for your child and your family.
For your convenience, our practice accepts checks, cash, and all major credit cards for payment. We are also in network with many insurances to help cover the cost of treatment.
Our office team is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your family’s needs and budget. Please let us know if you have any questions about insurance coverage or payment plan options. We accept most PPO insurance plans and Medicaid.
No insurance? No problem! If you don’t have dental benefits, our in-house membership plan is for you!
